Additional Information: Hey, i'm mainly a nto user, but also use cto, so, let me explain, BennyD was a "fitbit seller" that has been added to CrossPower Discord server for selling. I joined using the Discord invite link in the thread (not valid now) and contacted them using a ticket system.
First one to answer, manage my ticket and my questions about Fitbit was CrossPower.
I asked if they accept PayPal, they started to talk in some weird language (so they knew eachother maybe) but i managed to exchange PayPal to BTC (i had to pay something like 10€ of fees for the exchange) and got the wallet address FROM CrossPower, not BennyD. I paid, sent them the TxID and CrossPower said it was paid, then obviously i waited for them to start the order, ask for home address etc...
BennyD got banned on C.to, it's a multi of a scammer.
I tried to contact CrossPower multiple times without success.
Today is 9th February, i told CrossPower about getting refund, he closed my ticket and added new TOS in the Discord Server (https://i.imgur.com/XepFatq.jpg), there were no TOS before today as far as i know.
This, from my point of view, looks sketchy af.

Can confirm same thing happened to me ( aswell as other people )

While we could argue that CrossPower didnt actually commit the scam id say letting random people use his discord and basically allowing scams is still pretty much on the same page.

( whos to say they werent in on the whole thing... )

I am not allowing people to scam, My server is basically a marketplace, and i currently dont sell anything myself. All the people that sell cannot refuse mm and ill do anything i can to avoid scams. 
I dont know who you are or if u bought from benny.

Got em, but please. Next time check who you are allowing to sell on your Marketplace and don't try to hide/not answer if someone is asking you something
