Screenshots of Communication: He closed my ticket without responding
Additional Information: I know he is already banned, but just incase he tries to return and refund the people he scammed. But it appears he is unable to provide the upgrade he advertises and he it's almost impossible to get him to stay online for more then 2 minutes.
