Additional Information: It's about to be 2 weeks since initial payment and only 1 design has been done.

Now, I don't have a problem with St33p and don't believe that he' a scammer, but my partner feels like St33p is purposely delaying by giving half-assed works so he can leave and then come back after and take time to edit the purposeful mistakes. Now as for me, I don't really care, but it is annoying since I promised to open a dispute on the 19th if he couldn't hurry and I didn't stick to it to it since I'm not open to ruining someone's reputation, so with that being, I gave him more time to present the designs in a timely manner which was failed to be completed.
The payment to St33p's Crypto Address was made on 12/15/2023. Now it is 11 days later and I've yet to be delivered the designs. Now in st33p's defense he had some issues which he poorly communicated but even though I still understood. and compensated him with more time, But per agreement with my partner, It's best to open a dispute so St33p can hastily handle this situation and deliver the designs + the free designs he promised for taking so long. If the free designs are not included as a result of this dispute, then It is better for a $60 refund since he did manage to complete one banner.
This dispute can be closed if St3pp makes 2 of the needed designs TODAY. And we'll be "patient" for the next. This is necessary as he is delaying the designs needed to conduct a proper of my business.
