Additional Information: So i paid him 35$ for Ukraine DB, before payment he told me I will get at least 100 hits, if not i will receive replace/refund. I get actual 0 accounts and now he wants to give me only replace, without refund. I don't want to spend money for proxy on this shitty combos, I just want my money back, as it was promised before payment.
