I'm trying to report a user, but it's displaying me this :

When I check my reports, it seems that it didn't take it into account.
I got this several times now, and rewording/removing some words in the report reason would do the trick. Is it a filter on some words ?
In this case I can't reword or remove words.
Additional detail :
"Please" seems to be a flagged word
