Request to Reset Credits to Zero

I am having a problem with my account where my credits are currently negative and it is causing a bug where I cannot post or access certain subforums.
I am not sure how this happened, but I would like to request that the moderators reset my credits to zero so that I can continue to use the forum as usual.
