Using Windows 10, but willing to use Linux if it can't be done through Windows.
I am connected to my home internet through ethernet, and an xfinitywifi hotspot through wifi. I have a VirtualMachine (using virtualbox/vmware).
the xfinitywifi is an unsecured AP, once you connect you have to sign into your xfinity account through a browser to get access to the internet. It records the devices MAC address so it automatically gives internet access the next time the device connects to it.
I want the xfinitywifi hotspot bridged to the VirtualMachine. Right now if I bridge my wifi to the VM, the VM can't access internet
Some Pics showing the wifi info, VirtualBox settings, and the VM networks status when trying to bridge the wifi to it.
I can't use NAT option (unless you know how to force NAT to choose my wifi connection instead of the ethernet connection)
PM me to discuss
