Hello
When I'm using a netflix checker and I have my combolist and proxies. I keep getting many retries without it checking all the accounts. Is that because my proxies are bad and not working?

Yes. Retries basically means one of two things.
1.) You have bad proxies (usually Netflix needs back-connect rotating proxies 2.) The config/checker has outdated API. BadFella Cracked Upgrade Service | Buy Premium, Infinity, Supreme with Paypal
