Problem is when instead of working on "fixing" and providing "proof" some of the people simply chat in sb while a report is ongoing and they need to answer.

Some people may have already sent their "proof" to staff via PM's, Does having an open DD on you restrict you from using SB now?

Doesn't restrict you being in sb but when you are expected an answer to a question on a DD you should reply to it.

I don't think removing @Liars and @Darkness overall but a change is needed for sure. A few months ago on another forum I am not going to mention a very well known person with a custom UG which costed 25k itself. I put a DD against him for some stuff, he was given 24h exactly as much as anyone else on the forum. No response in 24h - got banned instantly. Then we settled the dispute on tg and he got unbanned. It's unfair to give people more time just because they spent more money. Basically buy your way over the regulations.

I agree with this. Got scamed by "the support" person of a very big user here on forum (he has a custom UG) out of $1k. I opened a DD against the main person requesting some sort of compensation. Got told to wait so long more than 3 days of no response from the big account which I don't wana mention anymore. I was bumping the thread every day for 3 days and then Darkness came out with "owner of service is not responsible if his support scams" which I believe it's total bullshit lmao.

I ngged that person (keep in mind that person has over 2.3k reps and 0 OF THEM ARE NEGATIVE. My neg gets removed quitely by someone from staff a day later. No unfair neg removal, no nothing. And it wasn't some random neg just because. I had a genuine reason. After that the big profile negs me back which idc honestly I belive the rep system here is shit just because everyone trades reps and I've tested my theory - you don't need to ask for rep they give it and then they expect to receive it back and if they don't they later on edit to neg or neutral.

I re-negged the big account on here and after a day he gets 5-6 new people +rep him in the span of a few hours. Just so my neg doesn't show on top.

As I write this the rep stats of this account are:
2239 Reputation
416 Positives (416 people +rep)
0 Neutrals
1 Negative (which is me lol)

I like the forum overall but some people are taking a piss and bribes for sure.
I've spoke to countless people just opinions comparing cio to other forums off site on telegram and most agree that cio is full of bullshit regarding scam reports.

Sometimes I am kinda bored and go through reading DD's on forums and see that here the replies from staff are a total bs most of the times.

As someone who is doing good these few months I'm not really taking it up my ass for the $1k, I made it back but the amount wasn't the point I tried to prove in my DD

I would like to see evidence of our staff taking bribes, please provide the evidence here within 72 hours or edit your post if you don't have evidence.
Regarding your deal dispute on Buuza, the decision is fair. Everywhere in the world, if you decide to deal with an employee and he scams you, the organization is not responsible for those scams. I am not sure why it would be different here.

Alright, so user "TheFry" told me about proxies that are working with SLC Checker (league of legends checker) he told me about @BlackDevilProxy (i will name him BD in this thread) and his service. On 9/22/2024 i paid 140$ for a monthly proxy package. (TXID)

The tool requires captcha to be able to run. But BD claims that he has captcha built into the pool so the checker doesnt need anything else except the proxies to run smoothly. It took around 24 hours after i paid him to get my proxies delivered and i immediately went to test the proxies. After about 30 minutes of setting everything up and testing I told him they dont work, for evidence click HERE

BD "tried" to help me but gave up soon after saying its problem on "my end". Keep in mind that i bought RDP that he said is "perfect" as you can see HERE. So if RDP and Checker are working the only problem that is left are his proxies.
Even tho he claimed that if there is any problem he will solve it within 24 hours which you can see HERE. He refused to help me with my problem&refused to refund me and blocked me afterwards..Because im blocked i couldnt contact him and tell him to bind my new rdp ip to the proxies. so basically i now dont even have access to the proxies i bought.

Now lets get to the deal dispute. I Believe @Darkness made a wrong decision. But first of all i want to talk about him. The scam report was opened for about 20 days during that time Darkness kept ignoring me and didnt want to answer to single message i sent him on Forum/discord/telegram. PROOF HERE Please keep this in mind.  He also deleted the comment where he requested that BD refunds me within 24 hours when BD got defensive and declined to refund. PROOF HERE.

And finally after 20 days he came to the conclusion that there is no need for a refund because: "I used the proxies consistently" - from the first day the package didnt work so i didnt even check 1 single account using his proxies.
"The issue was likely due to the SLC checker" - The checker worked whole time. even BD confirmed that so its clear he didnt read anything.
"He has provided proof of the tool working as supposed to with the proxies in question" - This part confuses me the most, So he sent a video proving his proxies work for him and that automatically means it works for  me as well?

Keep in mind that Darkness came to this conclusion without replying to a single message i sent him, without asking me if proxies work now, without asking me if i used the proxies. And clearly he didnt even read the messages&evidence that i sent him. And he just closed the deal dispute without any communication with me.

Regarding the ignore part, staff are not responsible for replying on platforms other than forum pm, did you send him a forum pm asking for updates, which he ignored? If yes, please provide the evidence.
Generally speaking, proxy services are not responsible for refunding you if the proxies don't work on a specific target (but works overall), unless you have been in touch with them before purchase and discussed the use case, and got their approval/confirmation/commitment.  Please provide evidence where you asked them that it would work.
Then we will proceed with this review.

I re-read my reply and I don't see where I mention staff is bribed. I spoke to @Darkness on telegram and he confirmed the @laxy which is retired now had quitely removed the neg on Buuza back in late September.. Can I ask why was that done?

This screenshot was provided to me by Darkness on telegram. When negs are applied for genuine reason and not just spam, isn't there a proper way to remove it if you believe it's an unfair one? And yes I got revenge negged by Buuza after that which Darkness did remove without me even asking him nor did I care. His comment on my profile was "not trusted - beaware" when he didn't even exchange 2-3 words with me because if you remember the situation when I tried to speak to Buuza he blocked me and said "stop spamming me with your accounts" which was in fact not true and he was getting impersonated. Like I was. Anyways that's long gone. As I said Idc about that anymore nor the neg on my profile which was removed by darkness without me even asking.

I don't say all staff is corrupt but if 6/10 people have thoughts about it then maybe there is something fishy about it.

In this thread I simply expressed my opinion.

I don't see where I write staff are 100% taking bribes nor am I accusing someone specifically. Of course @laxy is retired and there is no way to get in contact with him asking why did he removed the neg on buuza.

If you want me to edit any part that you don't like from my reply just let me know @KSZ

Yes, i sent him forum pm which he ignored. you can see here (https://imgur.com/a/rxzMCHN) And i understand that proxy services are generally not responsible. But the proxies in this case are specifically built for this checker. This was discussed before purchase. I will pm you the proof.
