I have given him 24 hours more to respond before a decision is made. User wont be able to claim he didnt get alert as i sent him a pm now.

@BlackDevilProxy, I gave you enough time to respond to this thread, and you did not provide the information. You sent it in PM, but evidence in PM is unacceptable as others cannot see it, which gives you an opportunity to call us biased. Make sure your response includes recent video evidence that shows your proxies works on the said checker.


This is a final call, otherwise, the decision will be made in his favor and won't be changed.

I have sent the same on pm so you wont be able to complain that you did not see this post.

the boy is talking nonsense, he abused our package practically until the last day of his subscription (I sent charts from his package) he stopped using it 3 days before the end, he was informed about everything, we are not responsible for problems that are on the side of the checker or him (if he does not know how to use it properly from the tools, please don't do that, in addition, he wrote to my clients who pay for packages of up to $4k per month, it's a bit of a funny situation for me) The proxy package works correctly, the same as it did when I was using it slc currently is struggling with many problems, we are not in charge of setting programs for him, we are only proxy providers, so it is not our responsibility  (edit*) "message copied from PM sent to you"

 you have all the rest of the records, strengths, etc. in your PM, it was also explained by Darkness and the rest, it is not biased, you are responsible for solving such matters, so it is normal that you will receive the rest of the information contained in this form, if the evidence was not enough, Darkness probably wouldn't have shut down the OP. Everything was duly considered by your employee, if I may call it that, for me the boy is trying to win who knows what since he won't get anything out of it in the end.

@Alteon The video evidence clearly shows that the proxies work on the same checker you claimed didn't work. He has verified his claim that his proxies worked. So it is safe to assume this is a client-side issue rather than an issue with the product. You can reply in one post within 24 hours.

The user is now saying that the captcha solver on proxies didn't work that's why the checker wasn't working (changing statement from proxies didn't work), there is no way to verify this claim as the seller has provided evidence that the checker works. Furthermore, as per sales thread, his proxies are being advertised towards this specific checker and you are the only person to make a deal dispute (it is safe to assume that you are not the only customer), so if proxies were not working on this checker, he would have more deal disputes on the issue. Based on the evidence, calling it a client-end issue is safe.

Review is now closed, there is no change in original decision, thanks for the time.
