Revolut declining transactions

I am trying to make a payment on amazon but revolut security system keeps declining. Anyone knows why?
In app supports says:
                  "I am afraid this payment was declined due to its possible high risk nature.
In this case, sadly similar payments directed to this merchant might not get completed due to the same reason.
I am sorry if this has caused you any issues!"

Do you have normal Revolut acc or it's ukrainian refugee's acc? I know ukrainian accs allowed to make transactions only to european and ukrainian services, but Amazon is US

Its normal Italy's account. I have made payments to amazon before but now for some reason they keep getting declined

Turned out my account is limited. but i didn't knew cuz i didn't got any notification nor any email. plus i talked with 3 different support agents. no one told me your account is limited. like wtf
