Additional Information: The guy said that he got in stock Revolut , and he never provided it, he told me 5 minutes after i made the payment, and hours has past and he keep saying that in 5 mins 5 mins and he never deliver it .. 
I need refund i dont want to buy from it anymore he is not serious , I needed that account a hour ago... to get some payments now it's worthless coz I did not use it on the right time i bought it for !
