SB Notice Plugin

I came up with this the other day and it seemed like a good idea. What if we had a plugin that showed that last message in the sb and tracked mentions with an audio trigger? It would be a little box appended at the bottom of the page which shows recent messages, allows us to open the SB anywhere on the forums, and would have a timer set to check for recent mentions, sounding a ping when one was found.

Eventually conversations could be integrated with the sb allowing us to view/respond/create messages from any sector without redirection. PMs are old, their outdated, discord had a lot of great ideas. We could migrate towards this making the forums more functional.

imo shoutbox archive will be a good addition. where we can view all shoutbox messages of past 1 week anytime... every week msgs can be purged .
