Additional Information: I have bought from him gift card and I insist that it should work in paypal .. he said all ok , but the card never work in paypal .. I have send him video of not working card + I have asked him to test it in his paypal and send me money just to proof it is working .. but he keep saying that it is working without any proof.

There is no false info at all ...I have asked if the gift card is working for paypal .. he said it is 100% working ..
