Additional Information: He pretends that i have to send first due to his reputation better than mine also he has no vouch. So i did, because i need cash... When he got the bitcoin, his phone number in paypal did not work first, then he asked my btc wallet for a refund. Promised me that he will do in the next 2 hours, and it never operate the refund
And i see in another dispute he tried to scam @DJILL with my coins... I just request a refund to my BTC address
