Additional Information: I know its a low amount, but i really wanted to order a pizza at that time with that money so here we go. After he sent payment, i did not have time to check my paypal if i received (was busy doing bulk orders) i checked a few minutes later and i seen that i got no payment. He closed the ticket in meantime and i opened it back up but he was gone. Blocked me. I tried to find his c.to to file a dispute.
