Additional Information:At first he was doing "buy for you", then he said, "He made me an offer to do it myself,i told him about requirements like vpn and so on," but he answered with || naw it doesnt really matter + they dont check anything like that, youd be fine || After that, I could not do this because his method required an American phone to contact support, despite this he did not cancel the process and insisted on completing it himself and after long days of waiting he made the Order, and after that it was canceled and when I asked him to refund the money he said that he could not. Note that he can use those gc to complete another order and he covers the loss but i can not i have to refund the guy who want this mobo.

Actually, the user originally asked for a buy for you, I said it would take too long for me, and too risky on my end, or something along those ends. Long story short, I told him no, I couldn't do the buy for you, so instead he just bought 10 20-50 codes from me, in which I sent him about half, while waiting for the other 5. He then tried to make an account, worked fine, then said he couldn't call the number to place the order either way he knew it was a US only order system, he had his reship, but couldn't do the order himself, so I told him fine, I could try considering I already bought the codes and no refund was possible. I tried to place the order, and it was cancelled within 12 hours. Please keep in mind, I have placed over $900 in orders from office depot already, and no issues have ever occured. I gave him my end of the deal, which was the codes. It was already extra for me to go out of my way and attempt to place the order for him, I had the option to tell him no right then and there, and tell him that is not my responsibility. I sold him the codes, and all the codes I used worked, and had value. That is all I was responsible for.

Nevermind, after re-reading our dms, he didnt buy the "BUY FOR YOU SERVICE" because it costed more. So I offered to just sell him the codes and not do it, and he said okay and bought them.

@ Aladdin2 you dont never say this is not my responsibilitybro . i told you if your method require vpn or smthnk because im not us you said nah no matter after that I couldn't do it because it needed a phone and I'm not from America .You told me it's okay, I'll do it. after that your order cancelled . i ask u to do somthink you said reship has problem but i used this reship tons ago . bro i need my item or refund

You asked me if it required a vpn, I said no. Ask more questions if you are that concerned. And I will provide you with neither a refund, or the motherboard or else I lose money, when I wasn't even supposed to do the order for you in the first place. My responsibility was getting you the codes, and that they had value and were working codes. Which I did, I made many tickets to get the right value, if you wanted to be sure 100% that I would be willing to confirm the order itself, you would have paid the extra $20, and then at that point the order would be my responsibility because that would be what you paid me for you. but instead, you only paid me $70 for working codes, which I had given you. Anyways. I am done further discussing this with you, as you will never understand why you won't receive a refund. I will only talk to Hans or a staff member who has questions for me.

this all your responsibility you provide less instruction about this method
after the order get cancelled you said i will do it to my main addy then i move it for you i said yes i will pay for shipping

Okay then if youd like, I will do as I said and attempt to replace the order to my own addy, using the same codes. I will not buy replacement codes, but I can give it a try, with my own schedule when I am available. I will not guarantee though that it will work now, or if it will at all, considering the codes have already been used for the order that got cancelled.
