Yeah, we replied to your ticket. We gave you a working account that was checked but only fans routinely ban them. We tried to work with you saying that we would replace the product for you. We can give a replacement. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we can only provide you with a replacement. When buying accounts there are these problems (Banned, Pulled Etc. Etc.. Etc...). Just accept replacement and we will give it to you.


On normal circumstances, you of been refunded (edit meant to say replaced instead of refunded here) instantly but the reason you were not, in this case, is that I was away for some days. My staff is authorized to give replacements so when you asked for a refund he was messaging me when I was away. As soon as you accept the replacement we will provide it. We do really sell accounts and I have vouches on my thread below.

I did not pay to have a working account almost a week later, it is completely worthless to me now. I think it is more than fair that I receive a refund?
As I have also mentioned in the messages, I had to buy accounts from seperate sellers both times after to get working accounts.

The whole sale should be voided because I did not receive a working account, and you did not honor the waranty. This should in all cases lead to a refund.

It is a misunderstanding. My staff would have replaced you instantly but since you asked for a refund he came to me to ask me but I was away. Since you asked for a refund he did not immediately replace you and instead came to me find out (When I was away). We are legit account sellers. We did not tell you to buy from somewhere else and are not responsible for you doing so.
