Additional Information: Bought 3 revolut personal accs from him thinking they had unlimited vcc and they didnt. After this issue, he didnt offer refund. But the most severe issue was not this. 2 of the accounts got drained and after that they even got pulled back (cant access anymore to them). It says he wasnt him but idk. Hope he can solve this problem as soon as possible because I need that money and this is a big loss for me

We sort all things out in telegram and solve the problems now.

We did not drained any money from account.
We came to an agreement for accounts refund and told him 2 accounts are not safe to use and one is, but even after the agreement of refund he continued using these accounts that i told are not safe 

but for the moment the problem will be sorted out on telegram

First of all, it’s not true that I continued using the accounts after we agreed on a refund. I haven’t touched his accounts since the agreement. The only thing I did was requesting him to secure the accounts after the accounts got drained, because I had deposits in them that were refunded, and now I can't access those funds since the accounts were pulled back. He has also been avoiding my DMs, saying "I'll be here in a bit" since yesterday, with no updates. https://imgur.com/a/uxPMBHm
 He claims that his workers stole the money due to a Revolut bug in a new update, which I believe is a complete lie. Even if it were true, he should still be responsible for his workers' actions. I asked for his help to secure the accounts after the devices drained my wallets, but he didn’t help me. The day after, all accounts were pulled back and all details were changed, as shown in the screenshots I sent before.
 
It appears to me that this is his method for scamming: he gives you accounts, waits for you to deposit funds, and then pulls the accounts back. He then offers "replacements" so you can deposit again, repeating the cycle. He mentioned refunding only the account amounts, which I find very unfair since my funds were drained by either him or his workers, and this is not my problem.
 
I really hope I’m mistaken and that he can prove me wrong, but based on the current situation, this is what I believe. Hope this issue gets solved ASAP, thanks.

The trade started with Liars as middleman for 2 Revolut accounts for $570 (https://ibb.co/GFL3wXT) (and 3rd one for $270 https://ibb.co/nc25R6y in private) so $840 total.
After you got first account during Liars trade he said that the account has not Unlimited VCCs and he totally had the right to close the deal with Liars at this time because it did not meet his requirements, which you did not. You should've just cancel the deal and not wait also for 2nd account to be delivered and after you confirm trade. So you bought 2 accounts knowing that these has not unlimited VCCs. Even the 3rd one has been bought knowing that has unlimited VCCs, and by your statement you bought even 3rd account thinking that you can use them for something else, so this is not the problem there.
3rd account has been bought after some days.

Revolut had a recent update to ~10.34 these days and 4 accounts made in this period suffered security problems.
I requested you LDCloud details (the app where the account is on) from you 3 times to try to help you but you did not everytime I requested in order to check on the situation. I'm here willing to help.

After this I agreed with your conclusion that accounts had a problem. And you think I stole them. It's just not worth for me to stole for just some bucks and after refund the accounts... if you think it like that. I would've just waited to insert thausands in account and after get them. 

Why I agree with your conclusion you might say? Because recently Revolut got update to ~10.34 where they updated the app on security part (even in app these changes can be seen https://ibb.co/GR0tFcq). I found about this problem together with you in telegram. Just 4 of the accounts has been affected that I sold, yours and https://cracked.io/Thread-Azurn-this-tim...ed-replace
Sadly brother I can't respond for any issues with app after 24 hours warranty and can't respond for funds (https://azurverify.pw/tos) as my tos says and all other OPEN-UPS providers do, you can take a look please in other disputes from big open-ups providers from c.io and sadly no one responds for funds. It was similar situation as last dispute and I'm totally willing to offer you refund for the accounts, because it was same situation as before in my last dispute and I know how it ends, but first please check telegram so we can discuss the situation more.
No other account suffered this issue and will not.

shadowlights  once you will upload money in revolut he will change the revolut account and he will stole your money from the revolut accounts or what ever accounts you will buy so take care this is a bing scmmer i got scmmed and i got refunded only the money i paid on revolut but I never been refunded for the money I Have uploaded in the revolut and he his works took them !
