Additional Information: At the time I was looking for some deals on cracked.to and I saw his thread and it got me interested so I purchased some bitcoin to get an SE for the Logitech G903 mouse. Soon enough my discord account got banned and then it happened again sooner or later to my new one so that’s where it brings me here March 20 keep in mind I’m just now looking at the blockchain link and this transaction was done in FEBRUARY 8th!!! He said that this process takes 2-4 weeks and guess what it’s been 6 weeks which is far too long as a wait time and when I tried confronting him about it guess what he refused to refund me 45 fucking dollars. Apparently he said he refunds if the SE “fails” and guess what it’s been 6 weeks you’ve clearly failed.Hopefully I get a refund because apparently he makes thousands monthly SE-ing.

As you said, the SE process is supposed to take from 2 to 3 weeks. Everyone's question right now is: "Then why did it take 6 weeks for it to complete?", and the answer is simple. 1- Logitech experienced warehouse issues that started in the beginning of march and 2- Logitech lowered their support agent numbers in a huge amount due to COVID-19, so basically right now the chances to get the same rep in different SEs is really high. 3- In my TOS, which everyone agrees upon ordering, there's clearly stated that I will refund you if i fail the SE. In this case, I haven't failed it, it's just their fault that i'm getting no response, and here's a screenshot of the last message I got from them in your SE:

At the current state of the SE, I would agree on a partial refund, since I already spent a lot of time on the SE and never got to finish it.
