If you do not want him as a customer, you can go ahead and refund him and ban him from your services or unban him from the discord so he can get support/request hwid. Do so within 24 hours.

i didnt say i didnt want him as a customer, he has a direct line to a person who can reset his hwid and give him updates, as stated above you said i just had to give him a way for him to get updates
