First this scam report goes directly to one of his dev's and not Biacc himself but since he is responsible for them i open it against him
So almost 2 months and half i opened ticket on his server for a tool i wanted to be coded . one of his devs called AIO contacted me in ticket and told me he is up for the job
First he coded the tool in python and it ended up being one BIG Fucking mess , he legit made cpu killer and shit tool that didnt work like i wanted it almost fucked my cpu and was slow as fuck
He blamed it on python and he told me golang would fit better , he contacted me on dms and charged me an other 150$ to convert it to golang , which was extremly unfair since he the one who chose the first programing language
i was forced into it since their server rules says no refund ( i did not know that their policy does not apply to c.to rules) he also did not talk with me on ticket but instead on pms because he said that biacc unfair owner and charges a lot for his devs
any way month of fucking delivering me garbage after garbage nothing of his shit worked and since this tool uses api he keeps blaming the service owners which was not true
after i asked for my refund he stop replying till i told him i will escalate this to c.to which lead him to only want to refund me 50$ of the 150$ and not even the full price
At first i did not want to be a dick and only wanted 150$ but now i want my full fucking refund this garbage service wasted almost 3 month for my project and at the end i did not get shit
Also i hired an other dev from this forum and the guy was a complete legend he delivered this tool within a day for only 100$ while this fucking garbage dev kept making excuses

- First off your dev legit told me i'm foreced to leave a vouch in order for him to get money i was not even gonna leave one because tool was not done by then

i never knew that since im not a fucking dev ,the site he used he had an old api key that he was using without the owner knowledge & that he only gave him back then for testing purposes only

It seems that you communicated via DM with our worker, discussing and making new deals without my knowledge as the service owner. Now, after months, you suddenly open a deal dispute for a ticket that has already been completed, requesting a refund. I'd have liked to assist you, but unfortunately, the payment was already sent to our worker three months ago. I want to emphasize again that, according to our Terms of Service: for all communications, you must use your ticket. Our workers cannot be reached directly. We are not responsible for any transactions that occur outside of the ticket.
2. What you mentioned in the first paragraph is completely wrong. There is no need to get a vouch for our employees to receive payments. And you got this misinformation on DMs.
3. The anonymity of all our workers is of utmost importance, and during the hiring process, we do not inquire about anyone's real life.

If you've had an issue for months, why didn't you attempt to resolve your issue by creating a ticket on my server and specify your issue there instead of DMing to my worker without my knowledge, how do you expect me to be aware of your issue? According to our terms of service, you should have contacted us only through the ticket system, instead DMing our workers. We even have a big important reminder on all tickets which reminds "By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our terms, please do not use our service."
3. As I mentioned, there is no obligation for us to get a vouch for sending the payments to our workers. If you need more proof, more than 30 of my workers can vouch for this right now. Also I am not responsible for anything you discuss with my employees outside of the ticket system.
4. You are still wrong; the total payment you made was not $250, it was $230. Everything, including payment transaction IDs, is recorded, and I can provide the entire ticket transcript. Additionally, days after the product was delivered, you confirmed in response to my worker's question, "Could you tell biacc to release payment?" Because he told me not safe to do it in ticket because of potential source code leak but you keep saying you do not allow dm's to devs at all on your tos but you still never warned about it in ticket to not talk with him and still gave me option to receive product via dm which goes against your T.O.S , you only use tos when it benefits you & you were very aware that we were talking in dm and instead of ticket since we never kept talking in ticket only when it came to payment and releasing his funds , you turned blind eye on your own rule
