We are not forcing anyone to vouch for us. Also we've terminated our worker's service just because we realized that he failed to comply with our Staff terms when you opened the deal dispute, and you are in no position to criticize that. you keep bringing that up when you clearly know that vouch can't be changed , that you only use c.to as your only vouch main source
so if a customer get a bad experience after first delivery of his project he simply can't complain or undo his vouch
Remove that greedy way of getting vouches and let if you will get any news one soon , like you literally take more percentage of your devs if they dont receive vouch
Stop being defensive all the time you never apologised once for what your clown dev did , you didn't take any responsibility while you are responsible for them and you're the one who hires them

Does not deny the fact i still did not get what i asked for 
using your logic you don't care what happen after as long as the ticket is marked as solved in the first place.
stop brining your terms of service when you in the first place :
.1/ asked your dev to dm me so i vouch
.2/ gave permision for dev to send tool in dm's when it violated ur own tos

stop mentioning it when u in the first place breaking ur own terms

Flaws in your T.O.S and why i did not open ticket in ur server :

"No Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased through our Service. By purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy."

This main one , your dev was never able and never will able to make my tool so even if i opened ticket he would just say its not possible to finish it and then i would get nothing or refund for it.

This is the biggest bs in ur T.O.S which directly you can change tos to your favour anytimeAnd the best one comes from you 
you just told me you can do nothing about it if dev's fucks up the project like he did with me and you have right to not refund me

I don't know if you are a parrot and keep bringing the same argument even though i pointed the contradiction in your response that keep you keep reciting. Also i don't how many times you going to say "i won't respond till an admin makes a response" but you still respond , Your insistence on waiting for the administrator to respond as you continue this conversation makes you worry about your commitment to resolving this issue.

 I'd like to address some key points:
 
  1. Terms of Service Violations: Want to reiterate the importance of complying with your own Terms of Service. It is clear from our discussion that this rule has been blatantly broken, especially with regard to the media. While it’s true that your terms of service mandate that all communications take place during the ticketing process, it’s equally important that your developers, including the one I contacted, initiate and maintain communication through on various DMs. This is in direct contradiction to your own policy. Also, the fact that you allowed delivery via DM instead of requiring a ticketing process reflects your own loose application of rules, and ultimately leads to misunderstanding and issues arose

  2. Product Quality: Despite the ticket being marked as completed, the delivered tool was substandard and failed to meet agreed-upon specifications. Evidence of its deficiencies has been provided.

  3. Lack of Responsiveness: There was a notable delay in addressing concerns and a failure to take accountability for the issues raised.

  4. Refund Policy: Your "No Refund Policy" fails to account for situations where the service provided is inadequate. It leaves customers vulnerable to exploitation.
This is not a case of ticket closure but rather a failure to provide the required service. I have provided evidence of these shortcomings, with screenshots and a detailed explanation of how the developer never made the tool i requested.

Clearly your ‘no refund policy’ does not protect customers where the promised service is not provided. In situations like mine where the developer fails to produce a working tool after months of repeated attempts, Let a lone you fired the developer which just proves my point. 

Even the developer admitted that your services is in the wrong and i should get refunded since he told me he will never be able to make it work but he only want to refund 50% because told me he want to keep other half because he spent time to write this trash tool , this does not mean it not possible to make my tool . i hired a dev from this forum that made this tool for 100$ within less than a day without any bug.
How sad is this, you advertise your self as professional developers while freelancer from here made it look like he is going to make a "hello world" level of difficulty .

Also what you said about the customer above when he contacted me on private his story says otherwise

I find it funny a guy who calls him self a professional , leaves a negative review calling me a retard

The developer and me came with a solution for the second payment and we agreed on a refund

Now only first refund remaining.

So even Biacc knows he is in the wrong and that i should get refunded since he is the one who told the dev to refund the second payment , Now he is just halting the first payment and wasting everyone's time
