The service total cost was $230, and the payment was already sent to the dev after you confirmed that the payment could be released. Also, I did tell the dev to issue a refund for the deal on my server, not for your private deal, don't try to make a false perception

It's funny how you responded again after you said million times you won't respond till a mod appears, It seems im getting you stressed just proves im right and again you keep bringing same arguments over and over despite i proved how you are in the wrong many times and you never responded to them , you just copy past same text .

I repeat my self again, even the developer said he won't be able to make the tool not possible for him to do it and even said i;m right to get a refund for it because i will never get what i asked . you are responsible for the first payment & developer was responsible enough to refund me the second one

And for the deal on our server, the payment was already sent to the dev 3 months ago, since you confirmed that the payment could be released to the dev. And you were communicating privately with the dev for 3 months, and now trying to get a refund for a closed ticket. So yea, you're just trying to rip me off

So we follow your logic once client get ticket marked as solved he is basically fucked specially in my case where the dev said he won't be able to do it , Since like i said in the thread the first version where you marked it at solved was a ticking time bomb and your dev never told me he was going to use api key without site owner knowledge , Also its 2 months not 3
and two reason why i didn't open ticket , first reason is you have no refund policy ( I did not know is does not apply to c.to rules and the tool was never going to be done so i would never got refund if i did not check c.to policy ) and second reason the dev was sending me version after version where none of them worked till i snapped and opened a report here.

and this is not outside your sever since i made the request for my tool in ticket and not in private and also i never made private deal with dev i just paid him more to make this shit work and it never did

Just take responsibility since your devs dont hire themselves you are the one bringing them i mean you call your self a professional service .

@BiaccShop You have 24hrs to refund OP for the remaining amount. Why does your workers/devs deliver the tools in DMs instead of the ticket when your TOS states that deals must be done through ticket system? This is clearly a fault on your end and your TOS. Also you are responsible for your own workes, since your worker doesn't have a cracked.io account, you are in a way representing that user as a service owner. Hence you are responsible for his actions. Especially for those that are done through, or within your server and service.

I was already mentioned that the tool should be delivered within the ticket, however the customer still wanted to receive the tool in DMs, then the delivery was done [Nov 23, 2023], here's the proof https://prnt.sc/j6p0vGjqeHSI. Because he told me its better in dm so source doesn't get leaked and you still accepted to be dropped in dm and you never said its againt your rules in ticket you just went on with it , I literally said "DM IF >>>>> possible <<<<<" so by you letting it sent by dm you accept it was possible .

he legit made me a ticking time bomb it was working for first day  but the dev was using an api key without owner knowledge , she only gave it for testing and he used it for something else against her wishes which ended up being blacklisted and made tool not working https://imgur.com/a/zxdllDg


I already responded to this in prev posts why you keep going to the same thing ? your dev was never able to do it and will never able to do it
so what will leave me then ? a useless non working project to wipe my ass with ?
