Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $6 - 3 ExpressVPN Keys

Additional Information: All keys that have been sold or replaced by this guy are given out and multiple people are using the same keys. He is just reselling the same damn keys. He had actually given me a replacement that worked for a couple weeks but then once it died again I have tried to reach out to him and he is just ignoring me again. I already filed a scam report on him about a month ago but he took care of it. If you look at his sales thread and check out his page where he sells these, the feedback is all the same lately. He is obviously scamming. He hasn't responded for over two weeks to me about a replacement.
Crypto address for a refund: Would like actual replacements that work or user banned.
