Additional Information: OP provided me a PDF file which explains basic steps and is nothing private or something else - just a "method" about UPS which is well known and works for barely all companies. The problem about that "UPS method" is that there is no a person or service that provides a scan for Balkan countries - so, I can't find anyone to do that "UPS method" for me. I asked him right after he sent the method and on my first look if "UPS method" is country locked because my country would not be possible then. He told me that it is UPS, so my country should be fine and that he thinks it's international.
Day later, after reading a complete PDF I told him that I am not very satisfied, explained how "UPS method" is already well known and works barely for all refunds and SEs. He responds me with "It’s a SE method, they are never complicated, short snd easy process to get your laptops, Your never gonna need more then word of mouth and a "UPS method" for any se." After that I asked him to provide me suppliers that he uses (he is from UK) and he sent me some Jeul guy and one guy that provides "UPS method". That Jeul guy which sells serial numbers that are required in my SE told me that he was never his buyer. I asked him: "Btw, how are you buying from the guy you recommended if he sells only USA ones ?" and he replied with: "I haven’t done surfaces in months, my partner does it regularly but he’s away atm. When I did surfaces I used to go to marketplaces and find serials from the pictures people upload of their laptops. I’m just finding you trusted serial sellers for now because my old method was too long." At the end I found a Serial Number off eBay, myself. He was unable to find suppliers which is strange as he should be doing Microsoft for some time already and should be prepared if he is starting selling mentorship.
When I was ready, asked him how to contact them. He told me about some global number which was not reachable. At the end I again found a way myself. Then, asked him what to say and he replied with "If you call them, you just say that your laptop isn’t working like normal, some basic steps, they’ll troubleshoot with you a little, just pretend your doing it and after a while they’ll say you need to send it in to be looked at and send you a return label" which is just basic stuff that every SEr knows.
I did the process, got label and had to do "UPS method" which I was not able to do. He told me "When it says lost in transit then you should be wait 1 day and message me". After one screenshot he changed his mind and told me: "hi, a lit scan wont the tracking say "lost in transit" but it will keep showing in transit and if they look at the package history they will see its in the wrong country and lost." - He might saw that on the example of tracking that a scanner provided to me.
In conclusion, I didn't receive many help from OP or success to do a device. There is not "UPS method" seller for my country and also is a very known way to bypass sending the devices back. Also, OP might have the knowledge, but doesn't actually know how to teach.
