As "customer" posted own screenshot of transaction on binance https://prnt.sc/88oRvCfBhkS5, requested amount of BTC to pay were 0.00011014 but he didnt paid fees. So I have recieved only 0.00004214BTC. This guy dont know how to send single transaction from binance. Binance always reduce sending amount for fees, so he forgot to pay fees and I have recieved ~40% of required amount. I am under no obligation to teach anyone how basic things work. Second screenshot, as you can see I ask for regular LTC address for refund, because I dont use exchganges (Binance) or binance chain to send LTC. It's rly hard to understand what he want to say.

I HAVE OFFERED REFUND, BECAUSE I REFUSE TO WORK WITH THIS GUY

I am having a nervous breakdown, there is no way to deal with this guy.
Because he is not capable to provide address I have refunded thru credits.

Sent him 4k credits.
Refund amount 2.5$

UPDATE: system dont allow me to send credits until I finish my dispute.
