This Scammer and Time Waster is the best Scammer I ever met.
After I opened the first report from him, he told me he did a refund via Stripe (Because I paid via Stripe) ... September 9. I never recieved money, obviously because he never refunded, and he told me 
I have to wait 15-30 BUSINESS days to receive a refund. Teken moderator believed him, I had to wait. 
30 business days passed, I never received my 140 EUR refund from this scammer.
Then he told me he will do a refund via IBAN? (25 October 2021)
I sent him my bank IBAN and details he asked for, but I offered other payment methods such as PayPal, Western Union, Crypto, etc. for a refund. He chose "IBAN refund". Okay.
HIS FRIEND sent money directly to my IBAN via WISE. https://imgur.com/a/ZZhkzJJ . Okay. I already have received money via Wise, and It shows in my bank after 1-2-3 days max.
Of course, I never received money, then I contacted Wise, they said I should recieve money after 3-5 days since sender send me money. So he sent me money on 25 October 2021, now it's
14 November 2021 and still no money for me. No refund for me.

And now the same story, he tells me every time "JUST WAIT 15-25 DAYS FOR REFUND".
I can't believe how Teken can allow this he is just delaying this refund to do more scams? If I don't receive money after 3-4 days, obviously I won't receive it ever. What 15-25 days that is dumb to wait.

Now I'm asking all of moderators:

WILL ANYBODY HELP ME TO STOP THIS SCAMMER DELAYING ME TWO MONTHS FOR MY REFUND, EVERY TIME HE REFUNDS ME I DON'T RECEIVE MONEY, AND EVERY TIME I HAVE TO WAIT 15-25 OR 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECIEVE MONEY, BUT WHEN ANYBODY ELSE SEND ME MONEY I RECIEVE IT WITHIN 2-4 DAYS.

I can't believe Moderators allows him this. I'm ready to deliver all bank statements if someone doesn't believe me.
I just can't any more wait for my fu*king 140 EUR refund. 
I'M WAITING 2 MONTHS SINCE HE SAID HE REFUNDED,  PLUS 2 MONTHS BEFORE HE SAID HE WILL REFUND I WAITED FOR HIS PRODUCTS REPLACEMENTS.

I'm waiting for refund for 2 Months. I want my refund, he will just say wait 15-25 days, just like when he refunded with Stripe, and after I waited 30 business days, i never recieved.
He should refund me now via crypto or paypal ff and if I recieve on IBAN (i won't 100%) i will send back to him!

You are again talking same story, wait business days, like with stripe, and I never recieved.
Refund me to paypa or crypto, if I recieve from Wise after your idiotic 15-25 business days, I will be happy to do refund

Staff, he did same with stripe, I waited 30 BUSINESS DAYS, and I never recieved money.
I am waiting 2 months for refund, he should refund me to paypal or crypto, If I recieve via Wise (but I will not) I will refund immediately.
This became no sense, from everybody I recieve money within 5 days, only from him 15-25 days.
He is playing.
It is ridiclous to wait 2 months for my money
