Additional Information: Told me that he needed 75Euros for hosting for a movie streaming website, i gave it to him. After that he tells me that his dev isnt responding and that he doesn't know how to host it. Gave me his word that he will settle the full cost of the site while i take care of advertising and money for hosting. Been almost 2 weeks, he has not got the site up nor has he gotten the site. He comes on once a day to tell me 'not to spam him'. About 4 hours ago, he told me that he is chatting with a seller for a site, I asked him for proof, ignored me since then. 

Also, he agreed to pay back all my money i gave him if he can't get the site up by today. https://imgur.com/a/Ev4wic6
