@Fleecya You have 24hrs to refund OP. You have no right to just claim his money as there was no work done by you or your workers. You are infact conflicting with your own ToS, as you clearly state "Exceptions may occur in cases of project discontinuance". He has the right to cancel the project before you began your work.

Were my claims read on this case? as the same submissions, all got refused on marketplaces, as we are not holding his money against his will.

He willingly made the payment towards my service, and asked for a refund, 

Regardless, i am not trying to keep this going any longer, i will issue a refund tonight, already replied to the client on DMs.

just to mention, project discontinuance comes with a strong reason, and agreement, but anyways, who really cares at this point.

Additional Information: 2 Days ago i ordered a project from one of his devs, he said will start in a few hours and after 2 hour of payment (the dev put no work) i asked for refund because project was not needed. i told fleecya to refund me $450 and $50 tip for the dev and he refused. I want a full refund for the 2 days wasted by fleecya with my money on hold.
