My Co Owner went thru logs and told me what had happened with this user. This user has claimed that the product wasnt working for him, yet he was the only one that has ever claimed this from my customers.
He has been instructed to downgrade to Win10 for the product to work and he refused. He threatened me and my staff team, and he has already redeemed his key and used the product.
We will not be refunding him due to these reasons, Member has already used 85% of his key duration and will not cooperate further.

Not only that, the user has taken over a week after purchasing to claim anything wrong. And as per out TOS (to which he agreed upon), he is outside the window of any refund.
Me and my team would be more than happy to get this fixed for him, but he needs to cooperate and not threaten my staff and I, or talking about nonsensical, sexual things.

GHOST4IM He should not have to downgrade to windows 10. You claimed he never bought now he did buy. Now, you are pulling your TOS. You have 21 hours to either fix the product or refund him.
He has to downgrade to win 10. Windows 11 is currently 50/50 in terms of functionality. If you read my previous reply with the imgur link, I had another guy use it on Win11 and it unfortunately did not work for him. He INSTANTLY declined downgrading and requested a refund, to which I obliged. There’s a difference between a user who instantly declines to downgrade and requests a refund, compared to a user who tries the product an entire week before complaining about nonfunctionality, and then when we try fixing it for him, he takes days to respond. He has already used 85% of his key length.
Also, I never found his order in the past, because as you can clearly see, he has not given any indentifying info on himself, and has instead opted to dm you privately, So i had no idea who this user was until you posted the screenshot of his discord account.
The product SOMETIMES works on Win11, and ALWAYS works on Win10. This is stated when purchasing. The user was on Winver 23H2, and he said he wanted to try downgrading to 22H2, instead of a fresh Win10 install, so that he could keep his files. Took him 2 days to do that, then he said instead he would opt to reinstall Win10 so that we know 100% certainty that it’d work. He took another 3 days to do that. His ticket was closed out of inactivity (the ticket bot does this automatically), and then he opened a ticket 3 days later shouting threats and nasty shit to my staff, which prompted them to ban him. (without me knowing)
The product is labeled as Win10 reliant. If the customer were to cooperate, we could sort this out, but he isn’t.
We are not inclined to refund on a product which A) he knows the requirements
B) we were assisting him with but unfortunately he is afking longer than usual so my bot closed his ticket automatically
C) is PMing you lies privately, so I can’t disprove them publicly on this forum thread.
Let’s leave the PMs aside and solve this situation on-site like it should be, to avoid confusions.
The user is free to open a ticket with my staff again and fix his windows situation so that he may use the remaining 15% of key length that he has yet to use up.
I’ve paused his key and will compensate lost time.
