I’ve already answered the reason WHY your ticket got closed (inactivity on your part), and WHY you got banned (threatening and harrassing my staff team after you created a new ticket),
Liars said to refund or fix the situation with you which at this point a refund won’t be possible. Any place or store you go has a MBG. Any Money Back Guarantee you encounter is limited by TIME. (Whether it be 30 days, 60 days, or 72 hours.)
