Hello I don't understand why would I refund this guy? Tell me please @Darkness what's the point of my service then if I need to refund this guy. I've provided the warranty just like described and provided service aswell - LIFETIME until method patched, Customers by buying were accepting the risk of it so they knew what did they pay for. I don't understand which point of c.io rules have I broken. Because there isn't anything told us to do for warranties and it's really unfair for me to refund this guy. Refunding Services aswell mention that to keep in mind as there is risk that refund won't work and people don't make scam reports on them, and my service is really similar to it. If they really has problem with warranty than why they didn't told us to change warranty while they buying from us at cheapest price and earning 10x by reselling. Please respond to it first and as for now I decline the refund, please check all the answers there again and make verdict for it again. It's really unfair for me to refund it as the only victim is me not this guy. I think that on the forums there is only a Customer protection, not seller one.
I will also leave my comment. you mismanaged your business. go on vacation when you feel like it... and let your customers take care of you. I'm glad I bought little in your store and it doesn't deserve the time lost to a dispute. pay more attention to your customers.

To be really honest, Versace/Jigsaw was one of the rare sellers who didn't exit scam, he even refunded many customers on his Telegram. It's the nature of the business, last year and a year before that everything was working like charm, right now, it's not that easy anymore but you could see that they are trying. I believe those "vacations" are just excuses for restocking :D I'm also waiting for some services or refund from him and was mad at first, but it's very rare to see him not disappearing like others and I appreciate that...

I always refund, my customers that had netflix, even last time i was doing refunds im not exit scamming, last time refunded over 2.4k$ total and still doing.
