Additional Information: Jonko was selling a money method in his customers only server, in which I knew sounded so unrealistic and like a scam but I decided to test it anyways. The first few signs I noticed this was a mistake was that they took forever to respond and set up the stuff than what they said before. They also never even tested their method, they just sold it. Before even selling they had posted they would pay anyone if they knew any money methods (Very odd huh). After that I wasted a month and around $20 of my own money for the requirements. I was already fed up with him saying they got scammed and that I got not only my money wasted, but my time. Now that I've asked for a refund, he is denying to refund me my full $800. He only sent back $400, in which is not what I paid. He also literally stated he would refund if method did not work (in which he has not). I have talked to another buyer in which he has also not been fully refunded and only $400. I am not doing this out of petty, I'm doing this cause of my money and time wasted. He has turned out to be a scummy person to do shit like this. I knew he was low but to be even this low is sad. I asked for the other $400, and he said I will not be receiving anytime soon. I was termed so I lost a lot of the proof, and no this isn't some imposter or anything.

He refunded the exact amount than you sent. Not his fault if the crypto price change.

The method was a legitimate method that has worked previously which we indeed sold in our customer-only discord server (for Genefit.cc customers). We always respond within 24 hours, I don't deem that "forever". The setup took a little longer because we were working on something else which we also explained at that time and apologized for. You are saying we never tested the method, but we did. We are always looking for ways to make money so us asking our customers for ways to make extra money isn't odd at all. The requirements ($30 extra) were perfectly announced upfront. Your money was not wasted nor was your time wasted because if this method had worked you would've made ~1500$ in a month doing literally nothing. Also, no one ever made you purchase the method, you wanted to invest your time and money into this method so don't complain about wasting your time. ​​​​Every single person who purchased our method was refunded the exact same amount either yesterday or the day before yesterday.

Now that all of that is clear, let's continue with what this dispute is really about because 2/3 of your entire text is fabricated nonsense that has nothing to do with the actual dispute...

You paid us 8.011358 Litecoin and you were refunded 8.011358 Litecoin [https://imgur.com/a/h01ccuo]. You purchased the method in crypto and you were refunded that crypto. Calling us "scummy" and "low" for not refunding you more Litecoin than you sent us is in my opinion a little odd.

Briefly, Cryology sent us crypto and we refunded his crypto back to him. He is saddened that crypto prices went down and is now trying his best to get us to send him more money to make up for his losses. This deal dispute is a massive waste of time for both me and the staff member who will have to look into this.
