Additional Information:  
So i asked him last month to buy bulk orders netflix  for 6 months .. he told me yes i bought 10 acc with 80$ 8 $ each ! he did the first with softbank( japan ) i told him it not work on my region so he did again with bouygues and i tod him yes cz i know it and i know it work ! he complete others with bouygues ! 
after one month ! 9 acc died and only one still alive ! i ask for replacement ! he told me we fixing netflix method ! wait wait wait ok ! i just wating and when he fix it ! he want to get access to my emails so he want to know if i cancel them haha ! why i will cancel them and ask for repl ? if i did it i will ask for refund not replacement ! i give him all proofs that acc is not cancelled ! he contact netflix in one of my acc and they said acc canceled cz not used to same country mean i need to use them on France or they will be cancelled ! and he refuse refund and said its my fault cz i use them outside france but i ask first acc working on middle east and he said yes so why its my fault ! 

PS : i know he is good service not like first one ! but i dont know he tought i want scam providers or somethings and keep give me excuses and said its my fault ! why its mine and i ask for repl not for money !!

THe customer is imaptient can't even wait for my respond, as he then he starting to threat me about scam report.
When i told him that i'll check his accounts soon he waited. Finally when i asked for proofs that accs got canceled.
He send me not translated arabic emails. That means to me nothing, so i asked to access 1 of his netflix emails, so i can
check what cause the downgrade, he refuse it. So i log on of the netflix accounts and tried to investiage thru
netflix live support, and i find out that the reason of his accs get downgraded are simple. The method that HE ASK FOR
was not working for long term in his country. He told me to this method so i'll and now he's complaining about how im
scamming him.

And to be clear, we're not using only 1 method we have few of them, if he would ask to upgrade netflix just for his country
and didn't ask for a specific method, we would do method that would work better for his region! But he asked
for this method that was used, i know his warranty is for 6monhts, but like said before. The account was blocked by
usage of a customer, the issues are not on our site.
