Additional Information: So @Kenta came with an instagram account to get it banned 30d he also asked me before even giving the account that can this person get unbanned i clearly mentioned there "no bro unless they have access to unbanner like me it won't be unbanned on its own or by the owner of the acc only a unbanner can do it" but he texted me after one day that he need this account to be banned we agreed to the deal for 200$ then i asked him "you will pay now or after the ban" he said i will pay after the ban after 2 days the accounts was banned i texted him to confirm if its banned or not, he did confirm and i showed him the proof of 30d ban, i asked him to pay as the account was banned but he ignored me the whole day then finally he texted me back that he cannot pay because he is out of business enjoying his weekend which is completely lame excuse he competely acted irresponsible i tried getting the payment but he kept making excuses he said he'll pay after the weekend ends but he didn't pay and when i spammed his dms he texted back telling me that he did some investigation that 30D bans can be unbanned with a form which i told him before the deal that she cannot do it herself unless she has access to unbanner but he kept refusing and all then said he will get the form just to prove that not only unbanner has it he got the form i filled that and it said 30d ban but he still refused till now he is completely scamming me he knows how 30d ban works i have many other proof that he is scamming me they are not mentioned in the conversation  screenshots, i will personally share with the moderator, @Liars i hope you understand this situation i'm ready provide any proofs you ask don't mind my vocabluray, Thankyou.

Is true that 30D Bans cannot be unbanned by victim themselves, but they easy to be unbanned by a unbanner with a easy bot . Let’s remember that Ig perm ban is not a thing nowadays and that OP is true on what he said

It's the second time when OP wants sell me Perm ban. https://cracked.io/Thread-Scam-report-against-leocor and earlier had a DD on him for that. That's why there is issue. he wrote me first by offering perm ones. said that can only pro unbanners can unban them. That's a lie, because i work with a lot of banners, and already ordered a lot of that type a bans. And had situations when unbans kinda fast by self, and after week. Mostly i have contact with victims and i can say, that they don't use Pro unbanners, because the even don't have any contacts or that type of services in russia. Very hard to find for basic victim. Have some proof of that fast unbans if need. 
After a ban i checked him profile and saw that he is banned for multi of scammer. So i will can not get support if there will be any issue with that ban.

And the most important thing is that this victim was banned earlier by same ban method and got unban in a week. So probably in some days will be unbanned account, and if it would be paid i will lose 200$ because no guarantees from that guy, Who is banned already.

Oh, So you are saying that I lied to you; I just texted you that I'm doing 30D perm bans. you did not gave me any account the same day, i have proofs that i told you they can be unbanned by unbanners because they have form (which not every normal victim doesn't have) i mentioned this even before you brought an account for ban, When you already knew all of this can happen, why did you seek my service? You told me you'd pay after the ban, but after the deal, you did not even stick to your words. you are a liar here. you kept making excuses you were suppose to stick to the fucking agreement of the deal. No chance that they unbanned themselves tho …. If it was really 30D ban it’s impossible to get unbanned . it don’t need a pro unbanner but just a simple ass bot , kenta i also dealt with u before and u know how things went on our last deal ….. your targets have always been people with influence so I don’t think is hard for them to find a unbanner around

@Kenta Did you try unbanning her through this form? Even though you got your hands on this form, you still can't unban it (as I said, only unbanners can unban it). Also, after he got the form, he showed it to me. Since he challenged me that he could get the form too, I filled out the same form in front of him; its 30D banned. also this doesn't make any sense; I already told you even before you brought the account for ban that the victim cannot unban themselves; only the unbanner can do it) .
