Literally just woke up and saw your payment still not digested(unreleased) to me to be used.
I told you we're finishing the exchange when the sent crypto is usable.

So far you're the 3rd payment in the past 24 hours I've seen digested falsely, reversed or stuck on "in progress".
Just to make sure that the member understands: You saw me offline for hours, how could I respond when I am not online in the first place? 
Also making sure to never deal with another member with negative reputation again :)

To the staff: If the funds are released I will either send him the GC he came for or I'll just refund the guy, either or.

I often checked my DM's on my mobile but as I always tend to get 502 errors I decided to leave it and reply after I get up.
