For some context, Kirlyh initially intended to sell a total of 5 exclusive licenses for his tool, which he had informed the customers. However, his greed got the better of him and he sold a 6th license behind our backs. He has done this in the past when he first sold this tool, agreeing to only sell 6 licenses before breaking his promise and selling 12 licenses.

We bought the checker on Jan 22. Although the tool was advertised as working again like before, it was skipping ~30% of valid accounts, which we didn't mind too much. After 2 days, the tool stopped working (skipping almost all hits) and the existing hits that were checked in the first two days had all locked (premium/expired accounts). We tested with different residential proxies to make sure it wasn't the reason for the locking, and the 5 other customers using the tool reported the same locking of hits and the tool no longer working.

As a result, the 6 of us were forced to refund/replace all the customers we sold hits to (several thousand dollars worth), as well as having lost money investing in proxies and combos. There wasn't a supposed Netflix 'reset', as other hits obtained with other tools are working perfectly fine. All customers are at a loss because anything that was sold to customers needed to be refunded/replaced.

Several customers, including myself, approached Kirlyh asking to issue a refund. It's been a couple of days and nothing has been done, apart from Kirlyh re-iterating his Terms of Service.

Hi, thanks @Damon to warn me about they have opened a scam report to me, or I wouldn't have seen it because I don't even open cracked.io.

First of all, stop saying bullshit and manipulating everything. Yeah, I sold one slot extra, because you were an old customer and I didn't had problem with that, it's our checker and we can sell another extra slot if we want. That's not even your problem, and it doesn't matters meanwhile all users agrees the TOS, and stop saying bullshit that I had sold "12 licenses", if you don't know nothing, stfu, but don't speak without knowing. That 12, 6 were old customers that didn't renewed/without license key/removed users, I never broke my promise on that way.

Second, that's not my problem about 30% hit skip, I just warned tool was working again, and I gave license test to some customers to test. Yeah, the API stopped working, that's not our problem, we already said. I am not wizard, and I don't know that Netflix was going to patch API in 2 days, maybe you're not able to understand that and you think it's my fault if they patch API, I'm sorry if you or another sellers have to refund, but that's not my problem and I don't know when they're going to patch API.

Third and IMPORTANT. As I said, and you just take ToS as a joke, that's on every product, digital product and everything you buy in your day. When a site/shop/seller says in their ToS there's no refunds, you can't break the ToS and claim a refund when they already warned you about that.

· In case something happens with the API, we will try our absolute best to fix it as fast as possible and always maintain it. In case of not being able, no refund will be given unless we have given you a guarantee time

Here I attach the refund policy from my ToS, as we didn't gave you any guarantee time, we can't provide you a refund. 

I already provided the only solution I can, meanwhile I can try to get another way to fix API as I promissed on my ToS. Just save your days from your license key until checker works good again.

Also, why are you lying and speaking bullshit? Which tools are working as you said? lmao. The only working tool as I know, some customers from this guy that sells hits, said to me also accounts got fully locked. Can you make me a favour, and can you tell me which tools "are supposed to be working"? Why all are asking to buy my Netflix checker, even the guy that sells one Netflix checker that I'm not going to say his name? Just 1-2 with private tools have Netflix, and with an exploit, not API, stop spreading bullshit that "rest of tools didn't happened that".

@Liars i talked with ksz and he agrees that a refund should be given to each victim as I'm buying a monthly tool that didn't even last 48hours but kirlyh is hiding behind his TOS that basically say if u get scammed i don't give a single shit people like this shouldn't be allowed on such forums for the amount of greed and selfishness he have

I just was giving a guarantee time at beggining because some were asking by that, but as I said, I didn't promissed you any time guarantee, and don't play with my ToS, the tool works. Can you please talk good, I'm not even understanding what do you mean with "consumer laws", you agreed a ToS, and I didn't scammed anyone, I just keep your days of checker until works again.

Don't bother me with that anymore please, you say that as if I knew the API would be patched in 2 days. You have been buying my checker for months, and I have been applying that ToS for months, that it has stopped working is bad luck and something that I didnt know would happen. You say it as if you knew this would happen, this happens on every site you buy, I don't need to hide from any ToS, I've been selling checker licenses for months, and I had no problems in the past, that there was bad luck and this time they patched it in 2 days it is no longer my problem and I can't do more.
