Additional Information: Wanted to exchange $550 PayPal to BTC. He already had a thread saying that he wants to exchange, I messaged him on telegram, he said that he can do the exchange but I have to go first, sent the money via Family and Friends and then he said he will send it 1 hour after confirmation. He got the money but it's been two days and I didnt get any BTC. 1:1 conversion is what he promised as well. Please send $550 the the btc addy below. He has been active on cracked and discord in these past two days but ignores me as well.
