Reported to paypal too and I hope to get those 10 euros. It's not important about the money but he said that he need money for hospital it was urgent and tried to sell me an ig 1milion follower account (@sooperchef).
Be aware from this guy and I see he has a lot of reviews on his discord channel but I think are fakes. He blocked me from everywhere.
