Additional Information: I first looked at his scam report against another person: https://cracked.io/Thread-SCAM-REPORT-AGAINST-imntomer
Apparently, he taught someone how to open accounts and that person refused to pay him, when I saw that, I called him and said "I saw that you know how to open accounts, I'm interested in that and unlike that dude I will pay you in advance" and I did.
He mentioned that he knows how to open "Chase, Bank of America, TransferGo, Td Bank etc...", when I paid him all I got was 'Use a good proxy to open paypal accounts, and contact them by phone and act disabled if it doesn't work keep trying', yeah no shit, that doesn't show me how to make those sites that you mentioned.
Then he stopped answering, you can see here https://i.imgur.com/Q7OJlWZ.png that he was active yesterday (feburary 17), my last message in february 15 remains unseen.
