Additional Information: i saw his Thread he is selling 35% off proxies i contact him with telegram asking about proxy we agree with deal i send payment after 10 minutes he say some issues i will send you all info later i say ok next day again telling me wait i have issue with payment blah blah i say ok deal was done in 29 Sep 2022 now today is 3 oct 4 days gone but no response just ignore my msgs and he reply me with my 2nd account as unknown person with another excuse telling i have issue with my phone blah blah i request staff check all Screen shot Pic convresation he just scamming not complete my order kindly take action thank you

@Moshpxt Provide what he paid for or refund him within 24 hours. You cannot just hold the scam report over his head.
