So backstory to all of this is.

Had iptv with him for a while and all was fine, around june i got a few complaints that nothing was working so i logged into panel to find out i had been locked out with the following reason "Admin Locked - Reason: *his username* Credit Exploit"

his reply "this panel we had problems with some users who bough from us, they were abusing exploiting and creating lot of lines and sellers and now provider locked accounts, we also will not offer this service anymore as its not reliable" 

and to make up for this he would offer new subscription on a different panel for cheaper and i would chalk the loss - heyho i wasn't happy but it is what it is i guess.

anyways i left it for a while and then resetup everything for customers as planned to only then findout the MAG boxes i provided were then locked by the old previous iptv panel rendering them useless. I informed him off this and he was trying to put the blame on the customer as they might of potentially used another service hence i couldn't put it on there. Eventually i was able to reach out to the new supplier and they informed me that it was MAG LOCKED by the old supplier. When i told him this and showed him proof he's gone radio silence, i have no way of contacting old supplier as you need to be registered by someone who's on the platform. 

and now because of this I'm out alot more and  i don't appreciate his business acumen throughout this, hence posting this thread and wanting a reimbursement for the subscription i paid for a year and never fulfilled.

We have many users who buy from us here on this forum and they can confirm everything is working fine, if anyone sees this post they will confirm.
We sell here for 2 years.
Also if he has issue with anything, needs to first send proof of payment to us, and conversations, otherways this remains fake report

@OttSupplier Since your account that got locked and it affected customers. You can offer to put them on the new supplier with it working or refund him within 24 hours.

There is no way that any refund can be provided in this case as it would be no sense and it would put us in further loss, and if you need screenshots and proofs, i can send ( do not take only 1 side of story )

Screenshots sent in private, check messages, user already moved to new panel in june with free credits, and now he is  trying to refund-scam and cause problems to my profile.

What system did i abuse you dumb cunt, it was YOU who abused the system. I BOUGHT CREDITS FROM YOU.

My previous subscriptions ARE NOT ACTIVE. It does not work, so stop fucking lying. MY MAG BOXES are MAC LOCKED to OLD PROVIDER WHO YOU ARE NOW BANNED FROM for you little credit exploit. 

It was you who got "us" banned, it was YOU who resold credits to "us". You had to migrate away from them and sent all your customers to the new panel. 

You told me to reach out to new provider and ask them about the mac issue, to which then THEY replied to me saying chat to "old provider" (they said their business name but i will refrain from posting here" to which then you were getting angry at me for suggesting i told them who used to provide it when i never did and when i showed you this you just fully ignored me and have since. 

I was willing to chalk the loss prior to finding out MAG boxes are now redundant, i cant change the mac address i cant upload the suppliers iptv to the mag box, but yeah my fault. I've asked you for help in reaching old supplier you've ignored me. I have no other option to then file this. 

I'm out alot more than 4 subscriptions i paid for from you, because you also know i had than 4. 4 is just from January (when i reached out to you on a new account as i got locked out of my old one) and panel was locked around early June.

and please i beg you send screenshot and proof to admin.
