The customer said he is not interested to give me the account back as "he lost" the phone number.  It got unrestricted and fully working today and he lost phone number... Then his customer said he can maybe give me 30$ for the account right. We speaked about 50$... they are time wasters and would want to get that account for free. The account was fully verified (id+selfie). It just took a little bit for the number change as on Icard u need to contact their support. Scam, and time wasting hard on this guy.

Additional Information: I made a kyc for the app "Icard", he said it's for a customer he has. I moved as fast as possible, i contacted support to change number (i explained him that the only way to change number or email is to contact support), number was changed to him or his customer, also i bypassed the selfie, so now he has full ownership. After this, he said he don't need the account anymore because his customer is angry because he waited over 1 month. When he contacted me to do this kyc i did everything within 2-3 hours, so it wasn't my problem about his customer. Tried to contact him to help me change back the number or make my payment and he started ignoring me.
