I purchased a week of datacenter proxies from Mr. Potz, AKA Personic Proxies. I had purchased this multiple times before from him with no issue. This time around, after two days the proxies dropped offline. They came back up online maybe once or twice for an hour or two, but barely functioning when they did (you can see in screenshot me referencing them being worse than proxyscrape free API).

Yes, this incident originally happened like a month ago. I had really just charged it to the game since it was only $30 , but then he hit me up trying to get me to buy his new resi proxies. After asking about refund or credit, he stopped replying. I even was willing to buy additional resi, and just be credited for the money I lost on the datacenter proxies to see if that would incentive him at all. Again, no reply, but he continued to promo and try to get others to buy. Even promo-ing in a group that I'm an ADMIN of. And HEARTING the message of me calling him out for running off with mine , and multiple other people's money.
If he refunds me, credits me, or does something to make it whole: cool. I didn't even care until this man/woman was blatantly disrespectful and showed 0 care.

He gave me 15gb of his mid resi's , I will close this as solved even though he still has many other customers to reimburse that he won't I'm sure. @Liars would highly recommend DWC his profile regardless but that's your prerogative. This is my friend who he also ran off on and has not been compensated.
