To summarize the experience, here's what happened: After purchasing a PayPal Business Fully Verified Account, 3 days later I get my account and it was flagged and required additional documents. PlayBoy created a Telegram group with the guy his reselling from, FireWizard. FireWizard then provided a replacement, but the replacement account was with incorrect mail access also, then sent a working account but the bank access was not working also. Despite promises that the bank access issue would be resolved, it remains unresolved until now. Soon after, the account was flagged again and required verification, similar to the first account. FireWizard responded that "this was a normal procedure" but stopped responding to messages for days. PlayBoy was then contacted, and a new group was created with FireWizard to address the issue. FireWizard said he will create the documents for $30 or use a service called ScanLabs. Delays and unresponsiveness continued during these interactions. Despite attempts to negotiate payment for the document creation and questions regarding ScanLabs, no response was received. FireWizard then declared a 24-hour login warranty and ceased to offer assistance. PlayBoy also invoked the same warranty and stopped providing support. Despite advertising themselves as providing "Best Quality Open Ups" and "Best Support," the support was lacking, with significant delays and little assistance when issues arose. The result was a PayPal Business Fully Verified Account that was not verified and stopped working after only a few days, leading to me losing 60$+ of the money I received in the PayPal account, and not being able to use PayPal all this time.

Crypto address for a refund: I just want my account verified as what I paid for.

Hello everyone, I always state that I only guarantee 24hrs after delivering my products, my warranty is login warranty and that acc is verified like promised, and
that’s what happened here, we delivered the product and it worked for a while for our client ( he stated that in the conversation) and that means
the account worked just fine, then after that he managed to trigger PayPal's security systems that asked him again for verification which isn’t my business, the warranty has expired and the account worked fine and then something happened to the account.

@Playboy He messaged you the same day saying there is an issue with the account. If the account needs re-verify you are responsible for it to be re-verified. Issue a replacement or refund him within 24 hours.

 March 7th, He was sent the replacement for the acc that had an issue,and then after that client used the acc and received money properly etc ( he said in the group chat that he have done transactions using it and it worked etc ) and after a week ( March 15th ) he says he has an issue with the acc and it asked for a verification ( he informed me that the first acc had issue and I have replaced it,but the second acc he used for 8 days and then asking for a refund / replacement ? that’s not logic )

As you can see he received 15 transaction and was able to use the account for a week straight. We offer 24 hours warranty but PayPal is notorious for limiting account "even legit account" which is why we can't do anything more.

@EsdrubalShop  I am going to rule based on the evidence that @Playboy does not need to refund you as you used the account for 6 days and got multiple transactions on the account. @Playboy only guarantee 24 hour warranty which it is has already reached that mark. Solved, closed.
