Additional Information:
i put a scam report against him one day ! and he just promise me no delay and he will do them if i close it ! he did them ! but after moment other acc died and i contact him ! same conversation ! wait wait wait i prepare stock ! i have more than week waiting and i send him all acc done with vectra ! now he want to focus and verify every acc i send to him screenshot and email pass and he just give me fake promises again ... and the problem is he havnt stock and he wont refund me !! i have 8 acc with 2$ and 16 ac with 8 $ and 18 with 7 $ ( last 2 option is 12 month warranty and it works for only one month ) ... and i know other acc will died after that cz i bought from him more than 180 acc ...Now i need solution ! cz when he see my scam report he wlill do them fast like last time and after that ignore me like always
