SCAM REPORT AGAINST @SHADY KEEP DELAYING REPLACEMENT

1. I bought express vpn key from him  @17th August which only  Worked 02 Days. 
2. Upon Confirming he was not replacing. He only repalced after scam report on 21th August.
3. Same Key died on 28th August, I informed him that he has to replace as its 25 Days warranty  He keeep telling me to wait, and its been 8 Days  he is not replacing it. 
4. Either he has to refund or replace the key. Simple.

I dont understand why do he has the  banners all over c.io?  in all his icq channels all peoples are complaining that he is not providing replacements  to anyone all peoples pissed off already.


Before This report i talked with him on telegram 6-7 days that if u are replacing or not. .

@Liars Please  Get me my refund or he should replace the  key as per his warranty terms.

1.  HE GAVE KEY THAT WORKED FOR 2 DAYS THEN IT DIED. I ASK FOR REPLACEMENT HE GAVE REPLACEMENT AFTER SCAM REPORT.
2. HIS REPALCEMENT DIED IN 7 DAYS.  (WARRANTY WASS 25  DAYS)  Since 28th Aguust its been 11 Days he is not replacing key. eventually scamming me off.
3. He either should replace key or  he shoul openly appoligize for his bad behvviour and  must refund.


i wonder why his posts are all around here? 

While on telegram poeples who speaks  on comments all says he is not giving replacement.
and one by one on channel he blocked  alot of clients including me.
