Screenshots of Communication: I have exported the whole telegram conversation. Willing to send it over to any moderator.

Additional Information:
I paid the user $234 to prepare for me the following within 24 hours as he claims:
- Profile Picture
- Telegram Server Icon
- 3 Banners
- Thread Design
- Signature

This happened in 28th of December. It has been not 1 day, not 1 week, 1 whole month.
I want my money back at this point as user doesn't seem to have the intention of delivering the work.
Even if he does, I want compensation for my wasted time. I had to pay EXTRA to get it done within 24 hours.

I am incredibly grateful for your patience, and I understand the reason for this scam report. To clarify, "Chipi" and I agreed that if I deliver everything necessary by the end of the day (which in this case is just the Animation for the Thread design), no financial compensation would be requested. I have a very strong justification for why I wasn’t able to complete everything on time, but "Chipi" doesn’t need to hear my excuses, so I believe it’s completely unnecessary to share that information with you here. The situation is now stable enough for me to handle all remaining tasks, so I’d like to state the following:
