Additional Information: i have been waiting 1 week+ and this guy keeps on stalling. Probably exit scammed. He keeps on increasing the time limit and i just want my money. This guy can't even buy crypto and wanna start an exchange service. Fuck this shit. I am sick and tired, I am a customer and this guy was rude from day 1. He is mentally ill. Please get me my money within 24 hours or I will open a dispute on paypal please.

anyway heres the scoop.

My exchanger i have hired in my server accepted this payment for this client.

the money was sent Via Goods and Service, and the payment required a tracking code for it to be debited into his paypal balance.

it was pending in his balance for a few days, then when it became available in his balance he purchased the crypto.

Then PayPal security blocked his account, this is a very well known issue to be had when receiving this much in one time. most of the time customer support will clear the block, but other times they make you wait.
in this case they told him (My exchanger) he had to wait for the block to be lifted automatically.

this client has been impatient since Day 1.

demanding his money, even though it is out of our control at this time.

Bellow i will link a video of my exchanger trying to send the crypto to the client just a few minutes ago.
and a few chat screenshots.

Also yes i am aware my exchanger is somewhat less than professional in these situations and i will take care of that but him being unprofessional has nothing to do with this case.

also shows my exchanger showing proof of hold.

I am very sorry that this has happened to the client but at this point there is nothing we as the exchangers or you guys the staff of c.io can do to speed this exchange up.

We offered the client that we can sell the crypto and use another wallet to purchase and sell the crypto, but there are other factors to consider when doing that. which i have stated to the client. as you can see in the photo bellow.

@Liars if they don't send me i will open a dispute on paypal and i need you to be the judge on this. i have been waiting for 10+ days and they keep stalling. it's not my fault if they want to use paypal crypto which is shit to buy and send me crypto. i have used other exchnagers who usually takes 10 mins to send me 2-5k crypto. I am a customer, I demand either a refund to paypal or send me my crypto. He withdrew 200 from that shit to him cc btw.
